Warranty

Every part we sell is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. If a component fails under normal operating conditions within the warranty period, we will replace it or refund you — your choice. Warranty claims require the original order number and a brief description of the failure.

Shipping

• In-stock items ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Sourced / obsolete parts ship according to the lead time confirmed in your quotation.
• We deliver worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and air/ocean freight for larger orders.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted with your order for freight shipments.

Returns

Unopened parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue a return authorization. Custom-sourced obsolete parts are non-returnable unless faulty.
